Some Days Require Poems

From an email I received from my sage lady friend.
Enjoy ;-D

The Parent
children aren’t happy with nothing to ignore.
And that’s what parents were created for.
( Ogden Nash, who else? )

Loss
The day he moved out was terrible
That evening she went through hell
His absence wasn’t a problem
But the corkscrew had gone as well…
Wendy Cope ( what a perfect name )

W. Blake
I was angry with my friend
I told my wrath, my wrath did end.
I was angry with my foe
I told it not, my wrath did grow   ( smart, that Blake bloke…)

OK food for thought.       xoxo
