On Soaring

Once upon a time, fellow blogger Gary paid a visit to RoughWaterJohn’s blog.
Inspired by the content of one of RWJ’s posts, Gary penned and posted a comment that I happened across. (Note to the reader: comments posted on RWJ’s blog are well worth their read. One of his posts solicited, at my last reading, 80 comments!)

However, what Gary wrote is ever close, flowing back and forth in my mind.

Thus, I wish to pay tribute to Gary’s words and John’s blog: read, hear and soar.

“I’ve learned one great lesson in life:

“When you hang-out with Turkeys you will never soar with the Eagles”

I choose to soar with Eagles!
